Once a contract is finalized with the client, a brokerage fee of 8% of the project cost will be charged.

Proposals are divided into 'Sent Proposals' and 'Received Proposals' in the menu

Received proposal
View the proposals I received.
Pending
The person who received the proposal is reviewing whether to accept it.
Accept
The proposal has been accepted, and you can now use the chat room. Please discuss the details and negotiate the contract.

Reject
It means the person who received the proposal has rejected it.
Expired
Proposals that are not accepted or rejected within two week will expire automatically.
